This award winning chef has participated in six American Culinary Federation competitions medaling with four golds, one silver and one bronze. During his career he has competed in 17 culinary competitions winning eleven first place awards and received a total of 45 awards.
Chef Tom is a chef instructor at the Horry-Georgetown Technical College International Culinary Institute in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. His students have continued his legacy with winning numerous highly recognized culinary competitions as well as having successful careers.
He is an active member of Chaines des Rotisseurs and the American Culinary Federation.
